It's a very good article. I'd only add a comment about the remark that "a portion of the vaccinated very worried about Delta may personally quarantine again." Even short of quarantining, another important portion of this vaccinated population is acting in a manner that I fear is causing regression in our recovery to normal. They are advocating for additional restrictions and finger-wagging in a non-constructive way to the population that, little by little, really would be moving toward vaccination if we would let this play out. Their hypersensitivity to the coronavirus as opposed to all other physical and mental health risks is causing them to misunderstand the "breakthrough" phenomenon as simply related to viral load and letting the vaccine do its job, AS IT DOES. Societal cohesion is not achieved by these repeated bouts of selective panic and politicization - both ways. In particular, the yo-yo in masking rules is potentially very damaging. What are we going to do with the next variant, and the one after that? I hope this helps.
